  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Join Our Team as a Lodgings Operations Executive!

Are you a meticulous and process-oriented professional with a knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously? We have the perfect opportunity for you!



Manage Lodging Operations: Oversee daily operations for HDB units and service apartments.
Tenant Management: Handle new tenant briefings, manage tenant exits, and address housing issues.
Maintenance Coordination: Arrange repairs and cleaning services with contractors.
Data Management: Update tenant information in the system and register with HDB.
Landlord Liaison: Communicate with landlords about unit issues and reimbursements.
Air-Con Servicing: Coordinate and ensure completion of air-con servicing.
Urgent Requests: Assist with urgent housing requests.
Vehicle Management: Ensure van is logged in and out of the driver portal.

Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
Preferably with real estate experience.
Class 3 Driving License.

Additional Information:

12 months contract
Salary up to $2,900
Company van is provided but must be parked at the office after work.
5-day work week (weekends as needed).
