A Tender & Contracts Executive in a facilities management company is responsible for overseeing the entire tendering process, contract administration, and procurement activities related to facility services. Job Description:
- Project cost management including budgeting and cost impact estimates.
- Involved in tender process such as sourcing of quotations from vendors and specialist contractors, taking off quantity and maintenance schedule, preparing price and quality submission documents.
- Attend tender briefing/site show round/tender interview and follow up with Post tender clarification and questionnaires when required.
- Valuation of progress payments and finalization of accounts.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Contracts Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Facility/Building Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the Facilities Management/Construction industry.
- Good oral & written communication skills with positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of computerised FM system an advantage.
