Sales & Support Coordinator

The position has two components: Sales Coordination & Support Coordination

Sales Coordination

Responsible for interfacing between external and internal customers (AGL departments), ensuring the accurate and timely processing of quotations and purchase orders and all supporting activities related to sales initiatives. Equally as important is ensuring that all customers have an exceptional customer experience.

Duties-Sales coordination

A1. Inside Sales including: Incoming calls, information/call me requests

A2. Providing and/or directing general product /company information and technical support requests for customers and sales representatives.

A3. Processing request for quotations and purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner.

A4. Ensuring customer/job files are organized as per company policy.

A5. Coordination, prioritize, and scheduling requests

A6. Determine if customer/product complaint requires non-conformance processing, and initiate such processing when required..

A7. Ensuring all customers (external and internal) have exceptional customer service.

Support Coordination

Responsible for purchasing, sourcing and shipping of inbound materials and outbound finished products.

Main Duties-Support coordination

B1. Purchasing & Sourcing of Materials

B2. Logistics/Shipping Quotations for all deliveries

B3. Verification of inbound materials/documentation against AGL purchase orders

B4. Correspondence with suppliers (e-mail, phone, written)

B5. Other duties related to the activities of the company

B6. Carry out tasks related to shipping, sorting etc.
