Job Summary:
A Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily store operations to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Crew members to meet company standards.
• Oversee food and beverage preparation processes, ensuring that quality and safety standards are consistently met.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations in line with statutory guidelines.
• Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
• At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry (experience in Japanese cuisine will be an added advantage).
• Quality-driven with a strong customer-centric approach.
• Ability to thrive and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in food and beverage operations, ideally in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
