About the Role

  • To support Property Manager in all routine Facility Management duties.
  • To ensure scheduled maintenance works are duly carried out in stipulated standards.
  • To inspect facilities (weekly or otherwise required) and report building defects.
  • To use assigned Computerized Maintenance Management System for work processes.
  • To manage projects assigned by Property Managers.
  • To manage clients in accordance with company’s Customer Service guidelines.
  • To manage and enforce company’s Safety Culture.
  • Deployment to Others Business Unit - You might occasionally be seconded to another Business Unit for at least 1 to 3 months, which may be extended subject to the support requirement. Your working hours will follow the Business Unit’s operation schedule as required.

About You

  • Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management or relevant disciplines preferred.
  • Competent in digital communication.
  • Competent in verbal and written English.
