Job Description
A passion, diligently, resourceful and teamwork, delivered with good interpersonal, communication skills and adaptive change to align with job requirements. The ability to track and tracing the status of sales work order, and being able to read engineering drawings will be an added advantage. Closely monitor the delivery status of sales orders to ensure planned schedules are met and weekly update sales order delivery to customers, conduct in-house coordinating, meeting, addressing customer issues, complaints etc. Actively looks at ways to improve customer service, working methods, standard operating procedures (SOP) to recommend viable improvement plans and problem resolving.
Duties & Responsibilities
Work with Sales Team to enhancing targeted sales revenue
Handling daily administrative work and processing local & overseas customer inquiries, formulation of quotations, order entry and updating of products price
Execute standard operating procedure (SOP) workflow processing of sales order, technical drawing once the receipts of clients’ order
Prepare Sales order, Invoice & Delivery order in SAP system
Record Item code, Bill of materials (BOM) and Routing in SAP system
Monitor the work in progress of sales order to coordinate with clients, vendors, inventory including track and trace of sales orders, shipping arrangement or delivery after-sales service
Daily weekly following up to track & tracing on time delivery sales work with in-house production control
Keep good filing system and effective sorting of documents
Good maintaining In-house catalogues, compile and update of products prices, information and database
Prepare weekly & monthly status of sales order delivery to customers and Ad-hoc reports
Work with finance accounting for internal billing to subsidiary for intercompany activities transactions
Requirements
Ability to read and interpret engineering (AUTOCAD) or 3D drawings will be an added advantage.
Diploma or equivalent of certificate or minimum GCE “O” Level
Min 3 year working experience in Sales field or Customer Service
Industry Proficient in SAP software and MS Office applications
Resourceful and adaptive to work requirements change
A problem solver and passion organized team player with good communication skills
