Position Summary

We're looking for a seasoned professional to build and scale our B2B subscription business across the Southeast Asia and Oceania region. As a B2B Regional Subscription manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional subscription strategy targeting specific verticals, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize business outcomes.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop B2B Regional Subscription Strategy: Create a comprehensive regional subscription strategy, aligned with global business objectives, to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition in B2B defined segments.

2. Support and Monitor Country-Level Execution: Collaborate with subsidiaries teams to support and monitor the execution of the B2B regional subscription strategy, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.

3. Country-Specific Planning: Develop country-specific plans, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis, to inform regional strategy.

4. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with regional and in-country stakeholders, including sales leaders, marketing teams, and customer success managers.

5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor and analyze regional B2B subscription performance, identifying areas for optimization and implementing corrective actions.

6. Best Practice Sharing: Facilitate the sharing of best practices across subsidiaries, ensuring that successful strategies and tactics are leveraged regionally.

7. Regional Reporting and Insights: Provide regular reporting and insights on regional B2B subscription performance, customer adoption, and revenue growth.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

1. 10+ years of experience in subscription-based business models, in the B2B tech industry in Southeast Asia and/or Oceania.

2. Proven track record of driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention in a regional role.

3. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business strategies.

4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

6. Strong knowledge of B2B2C mechanism in the region

Nice to Have:

1. MBA or advanced degree in a related field.

2. Network in construction or development sectors in Southeast Asia and/or Oceania.

3. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.

4. Experience with subscription management platforms and tools.
