Job Responsibilities:
Install, maintain systems
Monitor and update IP configurations
Perform on-site equipment installation, testing and commissioning as required
Troubleshoot technical issues related to company products
Work closely with customers to meet their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to resolve technical issues
Key Competencies:
Have technical knowledge and understanding of IT
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift equipment (up to 10kg)
Strong commitment to meeting customer's SLA
Qualifications:
Minimum Nitec or Diploma equivalent studies in IT, Security Systems Integration
