Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, tea, and other specialty drinks, to customers' specifications.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including equipment, utensils, and work areas.
Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Handle cash and process payments accurately.
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients, and communicate needs for restocking.
Ensure compliance with food safety and health standards.
Assist with additional duties, such as customer inquiries, and maintain a clean dining area as needed.
Requirements:
With Food Safety Course Level 1 / Basic Food Hygiene Cert
Experience as a Barista
Knowledge of various brewing methods and equipment, with a passion for coffee-making.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Able to work early mornings
Experience in food and beverage service in a corporate or commercial setting.
