Job Description & Requirements
? Location: Work at Safra Punggol; interviews at ALB office or Safra Punggol.
? Compensation:1-month ex-gratia bonus and sales incentives.
? Education: O-Level or ITE candidates are welcome; knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required.
? Experience: Preferred background in retail fast-moving goods with tech-savviness eg. Excel, MS Word, Emails
? Working Hours: 11 AM – 9 PM.
? Skills: Proficient in stock filling and updates, customer payment processing.
? 2 days off in a week [Sat,Sun working, Tuesday and 1 more day off every week in rostered manner ]
Required skills :
? Communication: Must be English-speaking with an extroverted, pleasant personality.
? Customer Interaction: Engage with customers warmly to create a positive shopping experience.
? Sales Execution: Actively sell products and services, utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques.
? Post-Sales Support: Manage after-sales services, including returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries.
? Sales Closure: Recognize buying signals and effectively close sales transactions.
? Product Advice: Provide knowledgeable recommendations on products and services tailored to customer needs.
? Stock Control: Perform inventory management and stock control operations to ensure
? Retail Campaigns: Highlight experience in retail campaign.
