Key Responsibilities:
1.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about shipments, rates, and services.
2.Work closely with overseas agent, carriers/airlines, and customers to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
3.Prepare and review shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices, customs paperwork, etc.) to ensure compliance with regulations.
4.Monitor shipments and provide customers with real-time updates on delivery schedules, delays, and any issues that may arise.
5.Address and resolve customer complaints, delays, or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
6.Liaise with internal departments, including sales, operations, and customs brokerage, to ensure smooth transaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Min 1-3 years experience in freight forwarding, logistics.
2. Understanding of international shipping, incoterms, and customs regulations is a plus.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. Quick thinker with a proactive approach to handling customer concerns.
