Admin Assistant (Vehicle Leasing)
Basic Salary: Up to $2600 (Depending on experience)
Working days & hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location: Outram Park

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and process lease agreements, renewals, and amendments.
Ensure contracts comply with company policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate lease records in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to complete contract documentation before vehicle delivery.
Manage and update leasing records and customer databases.
Assist with invoicing, deposit handling, and payment tracking.
Work with finance and operations teams on contract matters.
Address customer inquiries about contract terms and documentation.
Collect necessary documents from customers for contract processing.
Communicate contract updates and follow-ups with internal teams
Assist leasing executives with customer contract-related inquiries.
Other Ad-hoc task as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Min GCE “N” Levels
Min 1 year of relevant experience in Automotive, Car Rental and Leasing or Car Workshop Background is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
