Primary Responsibilities:

Administration and Licensing

Attend to course enquiries, course registration and course confirmations.
Be the main point of contact and work with external training agencies as well as various government bodies such as MOM, WSHC, WDA, etc.
Ensure course material, logistics and necessary resources are arranged and provided for during training programmes.
Follow-up on Kirkpatrick Evaluation Level 3 & 4.
Prepare training certificates upon successful course completion.
Ensure that employees within each department attend and pass mandatory safety courses in order for license validity and renewal.
Maintain and update of relevant training records for renewal of operating license (ATO renewal, Cleanmark certification, etc.)
Plan and schedule QEHS site inspection for trainers to perform on sites and follow up on reports and corrective measures for the Management
Generate Monthly Training & KPI Reports for department
Identify and recommend training needs of departments by continuous communication with department heads.
Brief and orientate trainers on WSQ training course deliverables before they conduct any WSQ training
Follow up on pre and post evaluation of training programs to ensure their effectiveness.
Monitor and Review Trainers performance through observation Checklist & Half yearly appraisal.
Support trainers to conduct trainings for multiple locations in Singapore.



Requirements

Diploma in Human Resource Management/Training or equivalent.
Possess in-depth knowledge on WSQ ATO matters and ACTA certification is required
Minimum 3 years experience in training administration, management systems, delivery experience or related field preferred.
