Job Scope
Identify, rectify, and prevent safety lapses in site conditions, safety systems, and documentation processes.
Issue Stop-Work Orders (SWOs), track progress, and ensure timely closure of safety violations.
Lead incident investigations, ensuring thorough analysis and accurate reporting.
Ensure contractor-submitted incident reports meet factual accuracy and comply with regulatory requirements.
Manage and resolve safety-related issues from both internal and external stakeholders efficiently.
Actively participate in project meetings, offering safety insights and value-added contributions.
Provide expert guidance and advisories to the main contractor on safety protocols and best practices.
Collaborate with external vendors on safety improvement trials and innovations as needed.
Upload necessary documentation, such as inspection reports and incident investigations, along with photos into the required system.
Update spreadsheets and databases to maintain accurate safety performance records.
Prepare and present monthly safety performance reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
