Job Summary:
The Indoor Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing sales by maintaining strong customer relationships, generating new leads, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Source for customers proactively and follow up on potential leads.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.
Conduct follow-ups on quotations and negotiate to close deals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Provide professional advice on products and services.
Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Coordination & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Market & Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Understand the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Gather feedback from customers to help improve service offerings.
Requirements:
