Job Summary:

The Indoor Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing sales by maintaining strong customer relationships, generating new leads, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Source for customers proactively and follow up on potential leads.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

  • Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.

  • Conduct follow-ups on quotations and negotiate to close deals.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

  • Provide professional advice on products and services.

  • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.

  • Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Coordination & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Market & Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

  • Understand the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Gather feedback from customers to help improve service offerings.

Requirements:
