Your New Company: The company operates in the Automotive Services industry, offering services like roadside assistance, driver education, insurance and vehicle inspections.
Job Summary:
The role of a Call Center Support Officer typically handles customer inquiries and provide assistance to members over the phone. Key responsibilities include responding to calls and emails from members regarding roadside assistance, membership services and general inquiries &etc.
Job Descriptions :
· To receive and make inbound and outbound calls from / to customers
· To perform job order taking /entry, related to vehicle breakdown
· To accurately capture and submit job order via GPS/CAD system
· To assign jobs and monitor job status
· To liaise with contractor when there’s a need to utilize their services
· To handle all calls in a professional and courteous manner
· To attend to customer’s complaints and escalate complaints to supervisor if necessary
· To perform credit card sale transaction when required
· To undertake adhoc task as and when assigned
Job Requirements :
· Minimum “N” Level and above
· Preferably with 1 to 2 years working experience in Customer Service
· Good Computer and communication skills will be advantage
· Good Team player who is service-oriented
· Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
