  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB SCOPE
Attend to customers’ enquiries, feedback or complaints in a timely manner.
Handle calls within the First Call Resolution (FCR) and escalate complex cases to Department Officer.
Create/update customer interactions accurately within CRM
Providing feedback on behalf of customers on the effectiveness of policies and procedures.

Requirements
Minimum 'N' Level
Call centre/customer service experience
Willing to undergo training that involves studying and memorizing content
