How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, as a Customer Applications Assistant !



Customer Applications Assistant

Location: Kallang

Duration: Asap till 30 June 2026

Salary: Up to $2,800

Job scope:

Process application and termination requests for residential and commercial customers promptly and accurately

Review supporting documents for utility account opening and closing requests

Respond to customer application or termination inquiries and offer follow-up assistance as needed

Collaborate closely with internal departments on application and termination-related tasks Process daily billing checks and refunds

Analyze situations and recommend the most suitable solutions

Collaborate within cross-functional teams to implement changes that drive positive impact in a dynamic environment

Requirements:

Diploma in any discipline from local poly

Knowledge in systems (e.g., SAP) will be preferred

Good Oral and Written skills

Proficient in Microsoft office
