Quality Assurance Officer
Location: City Hall and Ubi
Duration: Asap – 1 year , Office Hours
Salary: Up to $4,000/ mth + completion bonus
Job scope:
Monitor and assess the quality of channel operations to ensure adherence to organizational standards and guidelines, including conducting sample checks on contact centre agents’ email responses to customer
Perform regular audits, compile quality reports, and suggest improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction
Develop and update quality control policies, training materials, and operational documentation
Work closely with the team lead to identify the root causes of process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
Offer ongoing training and support to the operations team on quality standards and best practices
Any other Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Business or related field
Min 3 years experience in quality assurance in channel or operations environment
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
