Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team for F&B company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-set accounting duties and ensuring accurate financial reporting for the organization.



Job Description:

• Manage full-set accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes



Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-set accounting

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
Review and ensure accuracy of full sets of financial statements.
Analyze and review P&L for completeness and correctness.
Prepare and review monthly management reports and audit schedules.
Compile and prepare quarterly reporting schedules for consolidation purposes.
Review and approve supplier invoices and payments.
Manage and review claims and payments.
Prepare cash flow forecast reports.
Assist in the preparation of documents and schedules for the annual audit process.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Partial ACCA qualification or an equivalent accounting diploma.
Ability to work under pressure with positive attitude and cope with tight deadlines.
Team player, meticulous, analytical and independent worker.
Experience in working as a team.
Strong proficiency in Dashboard for financial analysis and reporting.
