JOB SCOPE
Perform sample checks on contact centre agents’ email response to customers
Conduct regular audits, prepare quality reports, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain quality control policies and operational documentation.
Provide regular training and guidance on quality standards and best practices

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in quality assurance, preferably in a channel or operations environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
