Responsibilities:

Deliver customer service, manage course administration, and provide logistical support for courses, assessments, and events.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Process course enrolment applications from learners and organizations.
Collaborate with Programme Managers to facilitate the smooth execution of assigned courses and events.
Follow up on invoices, outstanding payments, refunds, and appeals/waivers.
Offer necessary support to learners to ensure the seamless operation of daily classes for assigned programs.
Perform other assigned duties as required.
Requirements:

Possesses minimum GCE 'O' Levels with at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service. Additional experience in administration/event management is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Organised and systematic individual.
