Job Description
Manage the rostrum and provide outstanding customer service to all customers and clients
Provide accurate and appropriate clarification to enquiries from the public
Handle any enquiries by responding to incoming calls through the hotline and other channels like email
Educate mall retailers on client's voucher programs and manage partners' loyal program redemptions
Provide assistance in the execution of the mall's promotions and events
Requirements
GCE 'O' Levels with 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service experience
A team-oriented individual with strong computer, interpersonal and communication abilities.
Self-initiated, motivated and is able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to speak local dialects is advantageous
6 days rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
(9AM - 5PM / 12PM - 8PM / 2PM - 10PM)
