Job Overview:

We are seeking a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to manage front desk operations while providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment, and assisting with office coordination, documentation, and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Reception Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in general office administration, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Support HR and administrative tasks such as updating records and assisting with onboarding.

Office Coordination

  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management as needed.

  • Ensure office equipment (printers, telephones, etc.) is in working order.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

  • Experience:Minimum 1-3 years of experience in receptionist and administrative roles.

  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with office management systems and scheduling tools.

  • Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organization and multitasking abilities. Professional and welcoming demeanor.
