1] Maintain, Repair, and Calibrate Equipment · Diagnose equipment problems and implement solutions · Use equipment tracking system to obtain equipment history · Ensure record keeping/documentation in equipment tracking system · Perform preventative maintenance · Perform calibrations on area equipment
2] Coordinate/Support calibration activities to ensure compliance to specifications · Select and utilize proper test equipment and tools · Comply with standardize procedures and guidelines · Stay current on process and equipment procedures · Keep work areas clean and organize · Install/Setup new equipment · Modify/Convert equipment as needed · Use problem solving skills to resolve issues before they escalate
3] Maintain/Provide effective communication with both internal and external customers · Communicate/Work with Production and Engineering on equipment problems, changes or request as needed · Provide feedback/observations and data to the engineering/production
4] Contribute to a Safe and Compliant Work Environment · Maintain required certifications · Remain actively involved in quality equipment improvement · Assist with experiments or equipment evaluations to reduce inefficiencies · Assist with process experiments and qualifications · Assist with new and converted equipment qualifications
5] Engage in Operational and Administrative Roles · Identify and promptly report hazards · Follow safety procedures and area work rules · Assist supervisor in daily operations/audit · Support engineer/manager request
