  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Incoming inspection of raw material.
  • Conduct Final Dimensional and Functional Inspection.
  • Verify the inspection method and able to identify the problem related to measurement.
  • Maintain all measuring equipment and perform internal calibration
  • Document and report sampling results, testing activities and results.
  • Maintain accuracy of QC data and records
  • Dimensional and visual inspection of testing sample for new project, refurbished mold and new mold.
  • Identifying and resolving workflow issues
  • Address and discuss inspection issues and proposed solutions with superiors
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
  • Maintain documentation of quality control activities.
  • Prepare COC & COQ based on shipment plan.
  • Performing routine inspections and quality test.
  • Other ad-hoc Job, if required

Required skills and knowledge:

  • Injection molding or other manufacturing exposure
  • Basic QC knowledge, use of simple equipment
  • Able the read the drawing.
  • Knowledge of operating computer and using Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
  • Basic Knowledge of equipment handing such as Smart Scope, Micro-Vu, Height Gauge, Calliper and etc.
  • Able to read the drawing and preparing report.
  • Basic knowledge of pin gauges calibration (In House).
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Write and understand simple English
  • Basic knowledge of GDP & GMP
  • Good time-management skills
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

Education:

  • Lower Secondary Qualification (Preferred)

Experience:
