Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct Incoming inspection of raw material.
- Conduct Final Dimensional and Functional Inspection.
- Verify the inspection method and able to identify the problem related to measurement.
- Maintain all measuring equipment and perform internal calibration
- Document and report sampling results, testing activities and results.
- Maintain accuracy of QC data and records
- Dimensional and visual inspection of testing sample for new project, refurbished mold and new mold.
- Identifying and resolving workflow issues
- Address and discuss inspection issues and proposed solutions with superiors
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Maintain documentation of quality control activities.
- Prepare COC & COQ based on shipment plan.
- Performing routine inspections and quality test.
- Other ad-hoc Job, if required
Required skills and knowledge:
- Injection molding or other manufacturing exposure
- Basic QC knowledge, use of simple equipment
- Able the read the drawing.
- Knowledge of operating computer and using Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Basic Knowledge of equipment handing such as Smart Scope, Micro-Vu, Height Gauge, Calliper and etc.
- Able to read the drawing and preparing report.
- Basic knowledge of pin gauges calibration (In House).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Write and understand simple English
- Basic knowledge of GDP & GMP
- Good time-management skills
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
