  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Industry/Type: Industrial Equipment and Parts
  • Position Title: Indoor/Outdoor Sales & Marketing
  • Working Location: North – Mandai Estate (Nearest MRT: Yew Tee, Kranji)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 8.30am-6pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to SGD 3600 + Sales Commission + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages to assist customers with inquiries
  • Provide product information and pricing details to customers
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on potential leads and inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Maintaining strong relationship with current customer to drive repeat business
  • Source new leads and markets to drive sales and targets
  • Maintain marketing materials (flyers, brochures, and posters) and organize marketing initiatives
  • Managing the company’s website, marketing database and email distribution
  • Participate in trading, sales, and marketing programs or initiatives to enhance the company's sales volume and profitability.
  • Managing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal and customers in scope of work, responding to customer requests, clarifications

Requirements:

  • At least GCE O Level or equivalent
  • Min. 1 year of sales or sales support experience
  • On the job training will be provided
  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
