Job Scope
- Generate daily customer's order and ensure delivery is met.
- Sorting of invoices, issuance of debit and credit notes.
- Work closely with internal & external customers to ensure all invoices are properly collated for timely submission to internal/ external portal.
- Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Able to work Monday to Saturday (1 weekday off and Sunday Rest)
- Must be able to speak and write mandarin, English
Job requirement:
- 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
- Full time 8am - 6pm
- Secondary Education without GCE 'O' / 'N' Level or equivalent
- This job requires an immediate start
