About The Team:
You'll be working with the founders and founding team directly. It will be a high growth role as you get hands on experience and learning on growing an ecommerce brand via performance creatives.

We’re seeking an performance creative intern to grow with us as we disrupt the market and help Singaporeans with better sleep. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in creative strategy & have a knack for creating ad content that resonates and converts. Conversion to full time role is open to the right candidate.

Working Hours
- Monday - Friday (10am - 6pm)

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies & research for paid social media

- Trend Spotting: Stay attuned to emerging trends, and cultural moments to craft timely and relevant content.

- Storytelling: Develop and craft engaging scripts for UGC video content across our channels to share our mission and message that is align to brand voice

- Creative Ideation: Proactively brainstorm and test creative formats that align with the brand and converts on ads

- Content Creation: Work with our video editor to produce high quality content

- Creative Data Analysis: Analyze creative performance and iterate on winning strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creating high-performing ad creatives for social media.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with consumer psychology and effective advertising strategies.
  • Experience with project management and creative workflow tools.
  • Ability to lead creative retrospectives and provide actionable insights.
  • High Growth Individual: Hardworking and invested in self-learning to be an excellent content creator for a brand
