Job Description:

Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming battery shipments.

  • Conduct proper handling, stacking, and storage of batteries following safety guidelines.

  • Assist in picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.

Inventory Management

  • Perform regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Update warehouse management systems (SAP) for stock movement.

  • Report any stock discrepancies or damages.

Logistics & Distribution

  • Assist in loading and unloading batteries from trucks and containers.

  • Ensure proper labeling and documentation of all outgoing shipments.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow safety regulations for handling and storing hazardous materials (if applicable).

  • Wear appropriate PPE and ensure a clean, organized workspace.

  • Adhere to company policies and industry regulations for battery storage and disposal.

General Warehouse Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.

  • Assist in regular audits and compliance checks.

  • Support warehouse manager in daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, preferably in battery or electronics storage.

  • Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (training can be provided)

  • Physically fit to handle lifting and moving of battery products.

  • Knowledge of safety procedures for handling batteries is a plus.

  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.

  • Singapore drive license is a premium
