Sales Support Co-ordinator
Main Responsibilities:
· Assist sales team with the preparation of all sales and tender related documents, costings and material submissions.
· Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
· Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales Team.
· Follow up with factories on document requirements and ensuring that all submissions are properly presented and submitted on time.
· Supporting the sales team in responding to customer inquiries and assisting to resolve issues, where appropriate.
· Liaise with internal teams and colleagues from Procurement, Logistics and Finance.
· Sales order processing from Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order to Delivery Order.
Requirements:
· Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin.
· Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in project management or sales support function.
· Enjoy working with numbers and good with excel, powerpoint and words.
· Diploma in Business management or Electrical engineering
· Goal-oriented and meticulous in providing accurate information.
· Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
· Able to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge in Lighting Simulation Software (Relux/Dialux EVO) will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,400.00 per month
