Job Info:
Salary: Basic up to $2600 + Standby Allowance $80 + VB (3 months)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm); Alternate Saturday (8:30am - 12:30pm)
Location: Admiralty (Company bus pick up at Admiralty MRT)
Job Scope:
Lead and oversee the CSO and CSA frontline teams
Represent and champion the Company’s image to customers through the frontline team
Ensure the accountability, integrity, and operational readiness of the frontline team
Enhance and promote the image and capabilities of the frontline team
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, processes, and industry standards
Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient team operations
Provide training and motivation to staff to meet performance standards
Continuously review and optimize workflows and working conditions to improve efficiency and reduce turnover
Prepare reports and present recommendations to management and external stakeholders
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
