Responsibilities:
- Represent the company professionally, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude at all times.
- Identify and address customers' needs by providing accurate information and advice.
- Handle customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within the designated time frame; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, contractors, workshops, etc.
- Prepare quotations and create work orders as needed.
- Raise job orders with workshops and contractors.
- Liaise with controllers and contractors to discuss service/repair quality and pricing.
- Follow up with workshops and contractors regarding vehicle services/repairs, providing feedback to customers.
- Update service/repair schedules and vehicle collection arrangements with customers.
- Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues by providing recommendations within established guidelines.
- Escalate urgent matters to supervisors.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Meticulous with a strong work ethic.
- Relevant experience in customer service, administration, or support functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Attentive, adaptable, and responsible with strong communication skills.
