  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:
- Review incoming pre-alerts from customers/overseas agents and verify instructions.
- Provide quotations to customers/overseas agents.
- Process customs permits, handle key jobs, and prepare delivery orders to arrange delivery and release cargo.
- Inspect cargo once it arrives back at the warehouse after clearance.
- Await job handovers from Customer Services, follow shipping instructions, and create draft Air Waybills (AWBs) for customers/overseas agents to review.
- Pre-draft customs permits for export shipments.
- Upon cargo arrival at the warehouse, prepare Air Waybills, relevant documents, declare permits, and submit to airlines/terminals.
- Inspect cargo at the warehouse and affix airline labels on the cargo after checking.
- Liaise with customers and overseas agents, and monitor email communications.
- Submit shipment details through the website system (CCN) to Singapore Customs.
- Handle billing, send emails, and perform other operational tasks related to air import/export.

Requirements:
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
