
Marine Engineer
JOB SCOPES:
All are welcome. Subject to candidates experiences, he/she will be hired for one of the following roles:
Supervisor X1 (SGD 4000 - 5000 as basic)
- Overhauling of Marine Diesel Engines.
- Lead a team of technicians.
- Arrange and assign jobs.
- Coordinate with clients.
- Prepare reports.
Senior Technician X3 (SGD 3000 - 4000 as basic)
- Overhauling of Marine Diesel Engines.
- Provide guidance to Technicians.
Junior Technician X2 & Regional Technician X2 (SGD 2000 - 3000 as basic)
- Overhauling of Marine Diesel Engines.
- For Regional Technician, he/she will be traveling to anchorage and oversea.
PACKAGE:
- With Overtime (X1.5 & X2.0), a Technician monthly income can range from SGD 4500 to SGD 8000.
- On top, there are various allowances.
- Oversea allowance only for Regional Technicians.
- Annual Bonus of Minimum 1 month guaranteed, to 3 months averagely.
BENEFITS:
- Annual Leaves between 14 – 21 days per annum, subject to seniority.
- Childcare leaves between 2 - 6 days per annum.
- Paid Medical Leave 14 days per annum + Hospital Leave 60 days per annum.

- Company transport pick up and drop off across Singapore (26 points).
- Employees who stays in Johor, nearest pick up/ drop off points are: Tuas, Jurong, Woodlands, Yishun)
- Permanent role.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Majority of the time will be at shipyard, on board vessel engine room.
- Sometime will be at workshop.
- For Regional Technicians, they will also be travelling oversea or to anchorage.
WORKING DAYS/ HOURS:
- 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.
- 8.00am to 5.00pm.
- Generally work until 7.00pm or later (2 - 4 hours Overtime per weekdays).
- Most Saturday need to do Overtime too (8 -12 hours), especially technicians.
- Sometime, Sunday need to do OT too (8 -12 hours), especially technicians.

WHO IS SUITABLE?
- Must be prepare to do 2-4 hours of OT on weekdays, most Saturday, and sometime Sunday too. (Fur Supervisor, the working hours are lesser, as long as instructions are properly given and jobs are properly arranged)
- This individual should have hand-on experiences with marine Diesel Engines.
Additional advantages if the experienced Diesel Engines are Caterpillar, Volvo Penta or Cummins. Examples of preferred Diesel Engine experiences:
