Position Summary:

Work as a member of the Technical Service Delivery Team, responsible in providing professional project implementation & technical service delivery, application service & support for our clienteles in Singapore and in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Participate as a team member in Smart Systems project delivery and both pre and post sales activities which include onsite survey and preliminary studies, project management, systems configuration, user acceptance test, user training, system commissioning, post deployment technical service and support.
  2. Provide onsite technical service delivery such as conduct UAT, end user training and education in the most effective means which include working along and supervising external contractors or vendors.
  3. Work closely with software development teams to investigate and troubleshoot system related issues as well as update support & service tickets.
  4. Ensure timely delivery of solution and resolution of client inquiries and concerns, adhering to service level agreements.
  5. Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Skills Requirements

- Singapore Permanent Resident/Citizen.

- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.

- Minimum Diploma and passionate in ICT related discipline.

- Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Networking, Microsoft Office suites, Microsoft Teams.

- Good knowledge of software development life cycle is an added advantage

- 12-24 months of relevant work experience in a PC/laptop hardware, networking, system or service delivery environment.

- Fresh applicant may apply as trainee position.

- Attention to detail, with good customer service experience is essential.

- Willing to make short travel within the region.

- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
