We are looking for a detail-oriented Service & Business Support Administrator to provide administrative support to the service department and business control activities. Responsibilities include assisting the Service & Workshop Manager with reporting, monitoring technicians’ attendance and claims, and ensuring compliance with company processes. The role involves handling inbound receipts, verifying documentation, processing invoices and payments, and resolving customer and vendor queries. Additionally, the candidate will track vendor invoices, monitor debtors, manage workshop expenses, and support service counter operations as needed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum G.C.E. ‘O’ Level with 5 to 7 years of administrative support experience handling administration support for service department working environment
