- Basic Salary up to $2,600 with yearly increment based on performance.
- 5.5 days work week Mondays to Fridays: 0800hrs to 1730hrs | Saturday (Alternate): 0800hrs to 1200hrs
Job Description:
This is a full time role for a Customer Support Administrator located in Ubi Rd. Our client is in the automotive industry. The role of a Service Coordinator or Service Advisor Assistant involves supporting the Service Advisor in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include checking recall campaigns for customer vehicles, ordering parts through purchase requisitions, and coordinating their arrival. Additionally, the role requires preparing service job quotations, opening purchase orders, and generating invoices after job completion. Handling pickup and delivery arrangements, as well as monitoring outstanding jobs related to parts availability, are also essential tasks. Other administrative duties may be assigned as needed to support the overall efficiency of the service department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level / Diploma Holder.
- 2 to 3 years’ of Customer Service experience preferred.
- Experience in Automotive industry and Autoline system would be an added advantage.
