  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification required.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on commodities trading, hedging, and international tax management.
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting standards in the US, UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
  • Strong understanding of commodities markets, hedging instruments (e.g., futures, options, swaps), and risk management strategies.
  • Experience with international tax planning and compliance, including transfer pricing and cross-border transactions.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL). Experience with trading platforms and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automated accounting processes or programming languages (e.g., Python, VBA) is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
