This is a full time role for a Body Therapist located in Great World/Raffles City/Wheelock. Our client offers healing and rejuvenation by stimulating your nervous, circulation and lymphatic systems to harmonise and revitalise your entire system. The role involves preparing the treatment room with necessary supplies and ensuring all procedures align with company standards. A key responsibility is reviewing waiver forms to confirm that treatments are suitable for guests' conditions. Providing professional body massage treatments in accordance with certification practices is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction. After treatments, the therapist escorts guests to the relaxation area, offers refreshments, and assists with further bookings. Additionally, the role includes promoting massage treatments, products, and special offers, as well as maintaining equipment, controlling product usage, and adhering to sanitation and sterilization policies. The therapist must also handle guest inquiries professionally and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Recognised spa therapy qualification from CIDESCO / CIBTAC / NITEC / WSQ is a plus\
  • No experience welcome to apply – Training will be provided
