What the role is:As an IT Project Manager, you will be an integral part of our IT technology team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support daily operations of NParks operation systems, business requirements process, end-to-end solutioning and implementation process on Prem & in Commercial Cloud with latest technologies.What you will be working on:Support/ Manage NParks existing & new systems for NParks OperationsIntegration of NParks flagship system in Commercial Cloud with latest technologies, e.g. IoT sensors, Maps, Data Analytics & AI.Manage ICT projects throughout the entire life-cycle, from business requirements gathering, prepare project proposals, funding acquisition, procurement & implementation to meet the stakeholders' requirements, while ensuring the projects are delivered on time and within budget.Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, to plan and support the execution of the project design, testing, deployment, implementation and training.Perform Change Management to align digitalization initiatives with business transformation both within the agency as well as with the industry.What we are looking for:Areas of study in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalentPreferably with experience in relevant roleGood interpersonal and communications skillsPossess strong analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skillsAble to work independently and be a good team player with good attitudeExperience with HR & Finance system, Agile / Scrum will be an added advantageOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.Successful candidate will be employed on 1 year contract terms with staff benefits.About National Parks Board:At the National Parks Board (NParks), we take pride in conserving our natural heritage and enhancing green spaces for all to enjoy in our City in Nature.
