- To help create an interesting and lively classroom environment that encourages independent learning.
- Conduct themselves in accordance with the school's policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy.

- Qualification in relevant fields of study (e.g. Learning Support, Special Education) is highly desirable
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity is highly desirable
- Experience working with students is essential and experience working with students with additional needs would be advantageous.
- Good communication and classroom management abilities
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and nurturing, with a strong ability to interact with students
- Positive interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a class independently are required
- Must be passionate about working with children, reliable, and flexible.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.. Able to work cohesively in a team based environment as well as independently.
- Ability to both work on own initiative and follow directions from others
- Proficient with technology including Google platforms, Gmail and Google calendar and a working knowledge of Mac.
