Human Resource Executive
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Coordination:
* Posting job openings on various platforms and managing job advertisements.
* Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.
* Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
* Assisting in the preparation of contracts and application of work pass.
* Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials.
HR Reporting and Data Management:
* Preparing and maintaining HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and employee demographics.
* Managing HR databases and ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records, such as but not limited to leaves, claims etc.
* Assisting with the preparation of HR metrics and analytics for management review.
Employee Engagement and Preparation:
* Organizing employee engagement activities and events, such as team-building exercises and company outings. o Facilitating internal communication efforts, including drafting and distributing HR-related announcements and updates.
* Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management Support:
* Assisting in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
* Tracking performance review schedules and ensuring timely completion of appraisals.
* Supporting the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
* Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
* Assisting with HR audits and maintaining compliance-related documentation.
* Supporting the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Benefits Administration Support:
* Assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment processes.
* Coordinating benefits administration activities and ensuring accurate records.
* Communicating updates and changes in benefits programs to employees.
Compensation
$3000-3300
