(A) Essential Job Functions:
The Document Controller is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Understand and develop relevant ISO procedures, revise, distribute, keep records as required.
- Attend to the internal and third-party audits.
- Develop and maintain document control process for efficient management and record all documentation in accordance with Company's Management System.
- Ensure that all the relevant documentation from Clients, Third Parties and Subsidiaries are registered/maintained/secured in the Company's electronic database.
- Prepare/Compile/Put in order/Scan all documents of the tender submission.
- Assist the Manager and prepare the documents, charts and presentation as required.
- Manage/Register/Distribute the incoming and outgoing correspondences.
- Registration and distribution of drawings/documents issued.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
(B) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:
- Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of document control working experience in the civil/building construction industry site and head office.
(C) Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
- Good knowledge of computer software like Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and basic AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of document control software like Aconex and Construct ware.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Good time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects at one time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
