Intern will be spending an average 1.5 - 2 months in each areas.
Ticketing Operations
- Assist and provide support to Ticketing Operations Manager on liaising with internal stakeholders such as ArtScience Museum, Attractions, Finance and Marketing.
- Attend promptly to stakeholders’ requests with regards to tickets inventory and ensure that requirements are being catered for.
- Generate daily and monthly sales report and perform basic data analysis (Microsoft Excel)
- Responsible for data integrity by maintaining up to date records of event sales on a weekly basis.
- Fulfil promoter's request to create promotion and monitor take up rate.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, communication and ecommerce to ensure accuracy of event information.
- Engage visitors in a positive and professional manner as crowd controller in various box offices.
- Assist in processing tickets for events and liaising with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure accuracy.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales report and perform basic data analysis for efficiency and manpower planning.
Education & Certification
- Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student.
- Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Able to put customer experience as the top priority
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Meticulous with an eye for small details
- Willingness to learn and explore new grounds
- Well organized and detail-oriented
