Senior Executive Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

Main Duties

• Cost estimating and preparation of tender documents
• Preparing design brief documents for all mechanical and electrical services
• Evaluating Contractor's design proposals and specifications
• Assessing interim payment applications and final accounts
• Carrying out cost analyses on mechanical and electrical services
• Providing general support & advice on various aspects of mechanical & electrical services
  
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a recognized University
• Minimum 7 years postgraduate experience in the design, supervision and project management of both mechanical and electrical disciplines
• Polytechnic graduates with minimum 5 years' relevant experience may also be considered
• Responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Good communication and written skills in English
• Competency in Chinese will be an advantage
