Play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the residential and subsidiaries property management sector. As a Residential & Subsidiaries professional, you'll be responsible for supporting the property management team in the day-to-day operations of the building(s). You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as building operations, facilities management, and customer service.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be a strong analytical thinker, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You'll need to be a creative problem-solver, with a passion for improving processes and enhancing customer experience. Group Property Management (GPM) proactively manages the Group’s properties to optimise rental income, yields and capital values. GPM also supports the Bank in sourcing and leasing of sites for our operations, as well as managing the infrastructure of OCBC’s spaces for a sustainable future.

- Implement preventive and reactive maintenance programs for building engineering services systems
- Management of soft services e.g. cleaning, pest control, security, customer services etc
- Tenant management
- Events logistics management and coordination
- Contract and finance administration
- Minor works projects, repairs & maintenance activities
