As a Residential & Subsidiaries professional, you'll be responsible for supporting the property management team in the day-to-day operations of the building(s). You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as building operations, facilities management, and customer service.

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the property management team in the day-to-day operations of the building(s)
  • Routine inspection of the premise, facilities, plant & equipment
  • Implement preventive and reactive maintenance programs for building engineering services systems
  • Management of soft services e.g. cleaning, pest control, security, customer services etc
  • Tenant management
  • Events logistics management and coordination
  • Contract and finance administration
  • Minor works projects, repairs & maintenance activities

Who You Work With

Group Property Management (GPM) proactively manages the Group’s properties to optimise rental income, yields and capital values. GPM also supports the Bank in sourcing and leasing of sites for our operations, as well as managing the infrastructure of OCBC’s spaces for a sustainable future.
