KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership:
- Set the direction and goals for the Infrastructure and Managed Services division in alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives
- Develop and execute strategies to expand service capabilities, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth
Service Portfolio Development:
- Lead the development and enhancement of a comprehensive portfolio of managed services offerings of Coforge
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the proposition of right solutions
- Maintain regular communication to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of market trends, competition, and emerging technologies related to managed services
- Use insights to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
Partnerships and Alliances:
- Collaborate with strategic partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders to expand service offerings, enhance capabilities, and explore joint business opportunities
ROLE COMPETENCY:
- Bachelor's degree Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure and managed services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud technologies, and Managed services
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives
