Job Description

This position is for Great World Serviced Apartments, a company under Allgreen Properties Ltd.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, you will support in the daily Guest Services operations in our Serviced Apartment. You will create a pleasant and memorable environment for the residents, increasing residents' satisfaction and provide a sense of home away from home.

  • Provide a smooth and timely check in / out for all residents.
  • Ensure accuracy and collection of outstanding bills from all residents.
  • Ensure that residents' request/s are being followed up promptly and efficiently throughout their stay.
  • Provide all residents with accurate and in-depth information upon their request; good knowledge of products, services, pricing and special events.
  • Maintain strict security procedures when issuing of room keys and resident confidentiality.
  • Maintain good communication between residents and all departments both verbally and in writing as required.
  • Complete any other duties assigned by the Duty Manager / Guest Services Manager.

  • High motivation and readiness to take on new challenges with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Preferred availability of at least 6 months
