Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing the entire production process, from dicing to finished good.
• Ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Managing production schedules and resource allocation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
• Monitoring production costs and implementing cost-saving strategies.
• Implementing safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Training and developing production staff.
• Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering or Operations Management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in production or manufacturing management is required.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in production planning and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of data visualization tool such as power BI or tableau.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
